REVIEW: – This movie Lakhon ki Baat does not acknowledge whether the film is a remake of the 1966 Hollywood film, “The Fortune Cookie”, directed by starring Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau. Both Farooq Shaikh and Sanjeev Kumar play the roles of Lemmon and Matthau respectively. Lakhon ki Baat title credits do not confirm if copyrights and patent permissions were obtained. If so, Basu Chatterji who takes the credits for the Screenplay, Dialogue, Producer and Director is nothing but an ordinary thief who feels no compunction about his copycat crimes.

BASU CHATERJEE A GREAT AUTEUR FAR AHEAD OF WOODY ALLENS ,made 2 moviws with Sanjeev tumhare liye and this ,both classics in own rights ! great art like all basu moies from dillagi to chitchor and beton baton me ,all have snips on my channel on yt , u need to promote basu ch more ,too talented to be true ! the music is weak otherwise its as good as chooti si baat ! or shaukeen !
